Sean's background in real estate and entrepreneurship began when he was young, growing up in a family business with multi-generational investment properties, and owning his first home at age 24. He cut his teeth as a realtor in southern Vermont, servicing luxury clients near the Okemo, Stratton, and Killington ski areas. "Real estate in those small New England towns was old-school," he explains, "based on relationships, reputation, and careful attention to clients' needs no matter what it took." Sean's business today, based on ethics, excellence, and white-glove service, owes its roots to those small-town beginnings, and to the high-end demands of a luxury market.

The Prince Group was born after Sean returned to Alaska to settle full-time and combine his love for working directly with clients with an entrepreneurial drive to build a business. With experience beyond the regional standards of Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley, he brings a rare higher-end eye to the marketing and selling of Alaska's finest homes.
